Always On
Your workday may end, but your mind continues reviewing conversations, decisions and unfinished tasks.
A confidential 3-minute assessment, followed by an optional
complimentary 10-minute call. No commitment and no running shoes required.
Psychology-led · Evidence-informed · Adapted to your current capacity
You may still be delivering, attending meetings and making decisions. From the outside, everything may appear under control. Inside, however, it can feel increasingly difficult to switch off, think clearly or recover between demanding days.
Your workday may end, but your mind continues reviewing conversations, decisions and unfinished tasks.
Sleep, weekends or short breaks no longer seem to restorethe energy they once did
Decision-making, concentration and emotional balance require more effort than before.
You do not need more pressure. You need a recovery approach that respects your current capacity.
Your answers help determine whether a reflective walk, gentle movement or another form of support may be the most appropriate first step.
Share a short overview of your current stress level, recovery, physical wellbeing and relationship with movement.
During a complimentary 10-minute conversation, we review your responses, discuss what you can expect and consider the most suitable next step.
If we decide to work together, your sessions begin at a level that reflects your current capacity. This may mean a gentle Walk & Talk, mindful movement or a more active format when appropriate.
CheckChronic stress is not experienced only through thoughts. It can also influence energy, attention, physical tension, sleep and the ability to recover. My approach brings psychological reflection, practical life skills and carefully adapted movement into one structured process.
Recognise the patterns, expectations and internal pressures that keep you in a state of constant activation.
Develop clearer responses to stressful situations through cognitive reframing, assertive communication, decision-making and boundary setting.
Use walking or mindful running as a supportive setting for reflection, body awareness and gradual reconnection with your physical capacity.
Step outside the environment associated with deadlines and performance, creating more space for observation, reflection and new perspectives.
Recovery from sustained stress benefits from practical skills that can be used beyond the coaching session. Where appropriate, I integrate the Williams LifeSkills® framework into our movement-based work.
Learn to examine demanding situations from different perspectives and identify responses that remain within your control.
Build greater awareness of the thoughts, emotions and physical signals that may indicate increasing overload.
Practise more constructive ways to express needs, manage expectations and protect recovery time in demanding professional environments.
Take simple, repeatable tools back into meetings, difficult conversations and everyday decision-making.

Approximately 3 minutes. Your responses are reviewed before the optional introductory call.
Movement does not replace psychological expertise. It changes the setting in which reflection and coaching take place and may support specific cognitive and wellbeing-related processes.
Walking may help create space for new ideas. Stanford researchers found higher performance on creative, divergent-thinking tasks while participants were walking rather than sitting
Walking creates a different conversational setting from a conventional office session and can feel more natural for clients who find static, face-to-face conversations intense.
Gentle movement provides an opportunity to notice breathing, tension, pace and early signs of overload while discussing real-life situations.
Leaving the usual work setting can create psychological distance from screens, meetings and habitual stress cues.
Programme fees vary depending on the format, frequency and duration of support. Many clients are eligible for reimbursement through international healthcare or employee wellbeing plans. Please check directly with your provider to confirm coverage.
Available everywhere, from the comfort
of your own home.
